Euromed series- the Phoenician remains ship found in Xlendi.
On 11July 2022, MaltaPost issued a set of 2 stamps as its Euromed series. Both stamps have a Gozo connection. The Euro 5.50 stamp shows the Gozo Citadel and the Euro 0.20 shows the Phoenician remains found in Xlendi. It was decided by the GPS that since the Citadel was already commemorated on several Postcards issued (and also for other reasons) only the Xlendi stamp on card was issued. This card was postmarked at the Victoria post office with the First Day of issue handstamp in a limited edition of 100 cards. |

400TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GOZO CATHEDRAL
On the occasion of the 400th Anniversary of the Gozo Cathedral Chapter, MaltaPost issued a special commemorative postmark from its Victoria PO on 6 June 2023. The Gozo Philatelic Society as usual issued a commemorative card in a limited edition of 100. Each card is individually numbered. |

On the 22nd of July, 2024, the Gozo Philatelic Society issued a new commemorative card, entitled 100th Death Anniversary of Dun Ġużepp Diacono.
Dun Ġużepp Diacono (16/08/1847 - 22.07/1924) - widely remembered as the coordinator, even "co-founder" with Venerable Margerita Debrincat of the "12 stars", a group of young women who developed into the congregation of the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus who are still present in numerous countries. He also gave service in various churches and parishes, even acting as an architect..
